DINAMICA is organised in 2 departments :Professional Training and Technical and Economic Assistance. It has an headquarter in Bologna and 8 territorial units.

The role of DINAMICA is to contribute to the rural development through activity of study and diffusion of the technical and organisational innovation, in the field of economy and business management, farm accounting, business planning, economic and environmental monitoring, agro-environmental analyses, recovery of the landscape, food quality and safety, rural development. In particular, DINAMICA has the mission of professional development in the agro-food and agro-industrial sectors and it pursues it

both through training activity and professional re-qualification and through actions of assistance and economic technical advising. The relationships with Universities and Italian and European enterprises, guarantee a wide network of connections.

DINAMICA has an adapted equipment of informative and multimedial instruments which allow the realisation of studies, searches, training and spread actions.

The Rural Centre in a Not for Profit organization with Charitable status. The Rural Centre was established in 1993 as a community resource centre to develop social and economic initiatives and deliver educational training programmes to overcome the problems of long term conflict in a disadvantaged rural area to reduce the economic decline and the 'brain' drain of young people leaving for education and employment.


The Rural Centre is host to Europe Direct NI, a European Information office which is part of a network of over 500 offices in each of the 28 member States. Europe Direct NI promotes the benefit of Membership of the European Union to the inhabitants of N Ireland and the border region of Ireland across all sectors by providing information on the activities of the EU to exchange best practice and advance public education by:

  1. a) Producing, publishing and distribution educational and training materials to support those marginalized in rural areas;
  2. b) Providing examples of good practice throughout the EU to share expertise to improve the economy;
  3. c) Assisting with the transfer and adaption of successful development project ideas from other regions of Europe;
  4. d) Arranging study visits to share best practice expertise in business, agriculture exploring diversification and identification of initiatives for the business and agriculture to develop the rural area.
  5. e) Exchanges and placements within the EU and assisting with participation in European conferences and seminars.

Career Development and Integration (DEFOIN) was born in 2009 with the idea of promoting the Training for Employment and Insertion of employed and unemployed workers, at a time when the economic crisis and the skill requirements of workers It was a crucial task.

 Form Version: 3.07 DEFOIN has extensive experience in the comprehensive management of training plans, as weJT as specific solutions tailored to the need of design, management and delivery of continuing and occupational training for businesses and employed and unemployed. Through its team of highly qualified professionals who analyze, design and develop each project with the best guarantees of success.

Training plans DEFOIN managed at all times seeks to enhance the skills of students, improvement and integration into the labor market, expand and update their knowledge. All with the ultimate goal of improving the productivity of workers and organizations, increasing profitability and improving the quality of services of both.

DEFOIN managed plans offer training aimed at both employed and unemployed, as well as training demand by the company. Given the increasing importance of accreditation of skills acquired through training provision linked to the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications, DEFOIN, through its RED CENTERS PARTNERSHIP manages and provides training leading to the award of Certificates of Professionalism in branches of Administration and Management (ADG), Trade and Marketing (COM), Computers and Communications (IFC) Hospitality and Tourism (HOT), Health (SAN) and Socio Cultural Services (SSC), Personal Image (IMP).

DEFOIN teaches, manages and executes projects justification occupational training specifically aimed at all those who wish to enter an occupation or promoted in a job.

Centers have registered and I or accredited in Andalucfa, Castilla la Mancha and Madrid for the provision of vocational training for employment. Similarly, we have centers pending approval pending in Murcia.

We also have a network of over 180 collaborating centers scattered around the country and accredited to conduct leading to the award of certificates of professionalism in training different professional families.

Aware of the importance of Professional Certificates based on allowing students to have an accredited professional skills, acquired through training, to develop a work activity with significance for employment and to provide content solutions to this situation DEFOIN since we are working on the development of digital content based Professional Certificates.

The training sector is constantly changing, so DEFOIN has a Department of I+ D +I where more and more advanced content are made. We have one of the platforms most advanced e-learning market, with a high level of control of content and level of customization.

DEFOIN has been authorized as Employment Agency to provide workers I as a labor intermediation and users in finding and achieving suitable employment to the properties and provide employers the most appropriate to their needs and requirements in terms of working people their professional skills and qualification levels.





Genista research foundation is an organisation which had been set up in 2002, with the aim of coordinating a pioneering project on sustainable farming and Biodiversity to demonstrate practical systems in various sectors of farming and other sustainable practices where one is expected to take greater care of our environment and the health of the consumer. The project has also served as an opportunity for further initiatives an practical research in the field of sustainable e farming and other relate ecological issues by providing technical assistance, courses, educational material and other informational activities. The Foundation is managed by a board of directors and has a number of volunteers and hires experts on specific subjects according to the projects being worked on.
